Refund policy

We accept cancellation of your order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. You have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. Please contact customer service to verify if you sent the package to the correct address.
Notes
Custom-ordered or personalized products do not have the right to a 14-day refund.
If the return is due to the consumer, the consumer must bear the shipping costs. The specific fee depends on the shipping company selected.
If the product received is damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning products.
